I want a divorce fast but I have a few problems One my wife lives in flordia & I'm in New York I don't have her address or number! Two she wants a divorce but don't want to agree on joint custody of our 4 yr son. Three I really can't afford a lawyer of some of the fees. Please help me...

I am not a Florida or New York lawyer, so my response here is limited, but many states will accommodate witnesses by permitting testimony via telephone, so this can and is frequently done. But if you are going to try to do this on your own without a lawyer, you will have to spend a significant amount of your own time, hope you have a patient judge, and get a little lucky.
