i just filed for divorce after 30 years of marriage and i have termilly cancer what happens if i pass away before divorce is final

In regards to what? As to the divorce, it will stop upon your death as their is no longer a marriage to dissolve once you pass away. You may wish to meet with an attorney to discuss how to best handle your estate and make the necessary arrangements, however.
