My divorce was final in August. Is it possible to go back to court and ask for alimony and child support if my circumstances are different than when I agreed to the original marital separation agreement?

Yes, but it is difficult -- especially so soon after you signed an agreement that was approved by the court. It is generally easier to modify support than alimony.
