Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My divorce was final in August. Is it possible to go back to court and ask for alimony and child support if my circumstances are different than when I agreed to the original marital separation agreement?

You can ask for child support to be modified if there has been a substantial change of circumstances, such as a change in either party's income of 15% or more or a change of custody, but once a divorce is concluded without alimony, alimony is generally waived forever.
Yes, but it is difficult -- especially so soon after you signed an agreement that was approved by the court. It is generally easier to modify support than alimony.
Unless fraud was perpetrated by the other party, alimony is waived forever. Child support is a different issue. However, you will need to show a substantial change in circumstances.
