I have A final curt date in two day from now and I have change my decision base on that I have rallies that I have to stop being the nice gay but from the begging I thought that I was doing the right thing and I see that they are going to use my decision against me

It is difficult to answer a question that makes no sense. Who? Divorce is no-fault so as long as the other party (male or female) wants it, it's probably going to happen.
You should be able to get what you deserve at least.
