Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorce is final and we have a mediation agreement, my ex does not show up or call on his days. I just have to sit around and wait. His new thing is if he is not working he wants the Child instead of her being in Day Care which you have pay weekly even if the child does not go. I am not sure what to do. It seems I can not move on with my life and he just gets to come and go as he pleases while I live my life on hold

Stop allowing him to take advantage of you. Follow the mediation agreement. Alert you child care personnel that you have an agreement as to visitation. Tell them they are not allowed to have your child removed from child care by him. Most child care centers abide by the agreements.
