Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorce is final and on the paper it says " Father will pay 75% and Mother will pay 25% of travel costs. IF its just for the childs cost and the mother owes the father the money for travel what will happen if she doesnt pay up? How fast does she have to pay the money owed? Judge said we are going to mediation for the house she said she doesnt want to pay and we will discuss it in mediation.

If she does not pay,you will need to file a contempt/enforcement to make her pay. Since this will be a contempt hearing - she will be assessed the attorney fees as well IF you make sure your attorney asks for them.
