If your divorce is final, is it possoble for me to take the case back to court?

Yes. Although a divorce is final, it is possible to reopen the file for certain matters upon paying a fee to the court to reopen if ($50.00 in Miami-Dade County). You would then need to file a motion for what you wish and it would be up to the court to decide whether or not to entertain your motion at a hearing.
