divorce

my divorce became final about 4 years ago and since i have remarried but now the ex-wife has went to legal aid to get alimony can she do this

She can ask, but most likely she will be unsuccessful her attempt. However, you should have an attorney review your divorce decree or agreement to make sure there is no "trojan horse" language in there.
