Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am getting a divorce in FL. The car insurance policies are in my name and are set up for auto pay from our joint acct. He refuses to add funds to the acct. His vehicles are not in my name and I am not on the regitration. Can I cancel the policies at this time?

If you have filed a Petition for Divorce, then you should have in your possession a Standing Family Law Court Order that states specifically that nothing can be changed until the date of divorce. If you have not filed any papers and he is refusing to pay, cancel the auto deduct from the account and cancel the policies and tell him to get insurance.
