What divorce form do I use in Florida if my husband and I have no children and we share 1 loan together that I will pay?

The uncontested divorce forms (so long as you both complete the Marital Settlement Agreement form saying that you will pay the loan). Do not use the Simplified Divorce forms or the Contested Divorce forms.
