I just found out that my husband was married to someone else when he had already married me. He did not divorce this other women untill 6 months after we already got married.So do I need to get a divorce or annulment.????

Actually, you can just walk away from the marriage as if it didn't exist. That's because, legally, it doesn't. You can't marry someone who is already married. The much better procedure is to get an annulment, though, since you'll be able to get a legal document proving that you were never married to your "husband." There may be property and debt issues that need to be sorted out in court, too. In rare circumstances, it's even possible to get alimony from an annulment. You should speak with a lawyer about it.

You'll need an annulment, as your marriage is considered to be "void"--your husband could not enter into the contract of marriage, having still been married to another. Call me if you need assistance with the procedure.
