divorce in Guam
My husband filed for divorce in Florida where I also lived at the time. Now I live in California and will soon be moving to Guam. Can I divorce him from Guam? What about bankruptcy? Can I file bankruptcy while living in Guam too?

In order to file a divorce in Guam you will lead to meet whatever their residency requirements are. As far as bankruptcy, you need to reside for at least six months in whatever jurisdiction you want to file bankruptcy in.
