Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I got a divorce two and a half years ago and my ex spouse still has not sent me my POA to transfer my title on my motor home. How do I file a contempt of court order against her? I live in Florida and she lives in Ohio.

Can I stop support payments until she sends me the POA?

First - does she need to. Does your papers state the motor home is yours. If so, should be no problem for the tax collector to transfer the title.

Secondly, if that dos not work, file a civil contempt/enforcement and serve her the papers. If she pulls the no jurisidiction card, then you would have to file in her state.
