Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am going through a divorce, we own a home, both names are on the deed, husband has a girlfriend, do I have a right to not allow her to come and stay here after I move out.

After you move out, you have no say as to who lives there. Use of a lawyer is recommended.

It would depend. Do you have minor children? If so, you can ask the court to state that he is not allowed to bring his paramours (girlfriends) around the children. Secondly, are you quit claiming the deed to your husband, if so, then you would have no ownership in the house.
