Divorce with house going to wife

In my divorce it states that I get the house and my x gives up all rights and responsibilities to the house. What is the total definition or what does it include for him giving up all rights and responsibilites, thinking about possibly renting/selling and want him to sign a quitclaim and he won't

It would depend on the SPECIFIC language of the Final Order. You should have a Florida Family Law attorney review the documents and the situation with you.
