the husband u.s born has fled the country and has filed for divorce in a religious court in israel . the wife is born and lives in the u.s and wants to file for divorce in florida . can she file here in florida or must she travel to israel .

From what little info you give, Florida has no jurisdiction over him. Speak with an attorney in Israel to see if they have any jurisdiction over the wife.
