Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i want to divorce my husband, but i dont know how to go about it with my children. we went to court in may for child support, and i was granted that starting june 1st. i have custody, everything is allready sent up with my children, i just want to know the quickest and easiest way to do the divorce without worrying about anything with my children. i went to file about a year ago, and i know the papers had alot to do with child support and custody, but since i allready have that, is there a different type of papers i can file?

Nope. You file the standard paperwork and you ask for primary timeshare ("custody"). Your husband also gets to counter-file, if he wants, and fight you for custody and child support. Maybe he'll just request visitation, but that's the risk you take. There are no "I want to automatically keep the kids because I have them now" divorces.
