Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Divorce
When my husband divorced, part of settlement was for him to sign a quit claim deed and for her to assume payments on the home they shared and hold him harmless. Recently, he has discovered she is consistently 2-3 months delinquent. The mortgage company is reporting negatively on his credit (she was not ordered to refinance the house so the loan is in both names). He has taken her back to court on this matter. Is there any other options for him when it comes to holding her responsible to her obligations set forth from the final judgement?

Yes, he can petition the court to modify the final judgement. I am available to consult with you on this case.
