Divorce
I divorce my husband I have 4 kids. I never done this kind staff before.I need to know what is the first step to do. We have own together. I don't work. He does. I take care my kids in home. I don;t know what I can do to do this divorce right way. Please Let me now What I can do. Thank you

There are many steps to a divorce especially with children. The first one is to see an attorney. Because you have no income, attorney's fees will be requested and paid by your husband. If there is little income and fees cannot be paid, then you may qualify for legal aid or a pro bono attorney.
