Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I want a divorce from my husband and I want him to leave the house. He will make it hard to live together until things are filed and finalized. If I choose to leave, how will I be penalized when it comes time to file and go through proceedings? Our children and I would be living with my mother.

File the Petition for Divorce and file for Petiton for Temporary Needs . The latter Petition will be for possession of the home and furnishings until the divorce and for him to leave.
