Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I want a divorce from my husband who does not live in the same city as me right now. We have been seperated for 3 and a half yrs. We have no children, no property that we share. He is in a relationship and so am i. I just need a quick divorce. What do i do?

Same city means he is still in Florida? Go to the courthouse, buy the divorce package, fill it out, get a hearing date and be done with it.

It sounds like you are needing a simplified divorce. Most courthouse clerks have the packets and charge around $50 for the packet.
