Husband lives in VA, I've been legally separated for almost a year 02/11/07 will be 1 year. He forclosed on our property and is driving a vehicle that belongs to me which he is paying on. He has thrown away all documents given to him 3 times this year. He refuses to sign the documents. I want to move on with my life. What is the process for just taking this to a judge?

File an action for marriage dissolution in the County where you live.
