Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I got married in Florida and shortly after that (1 mnont) he learned he wasn't divorce from his previes wife in Maryland. We didn't do anything and when he had got his final judgement of divorce in Maryland we remarried again in Las Vegas. It is my second marriage to him legal? He was legaly divorced at that time

Since you got "remarried" after he was legally divorced, your Las Vegas marriage to your husband is legitimate.
