i want to get a divorce however my husband does not want to sign the divorce papers. i am currently pregnant with my boyfriend's baby. does this affect the divorce process?

You don't need your husband's signature to get a divorce, but you've complicated things extremely by getting pregnant. You'll need a lawyer.
