Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am going through a divorce and both my husband and I have signed the marital settlement agreement and I am just waiting for him to sign the Quit Claim Deed and he is telling me that he can still come into my home and take things out that he did not state in the divorce that he wanted? It hasn't been filed with the courts yet as waiting on his signature on the Quit Claim Deed. Can he do this legally since we have both signed the papers?

Have you filed papers with the court? If there is nothing in the courthouse then you both still legally have access to the house. What are you waiting for - coming home andfinding your house empty.
