Divorce and infidelity

What rights do i have as the spouse of someone who has been proven to commited infidelity? We have been married ten months and have a 6 month old child. What exactly am i entitled to?

A divorce and child support. You may also be entitled to alimony and marital distribution.

Unless marital assets were used to pursue the affair, it has no effect on a divorce or on custody. Furthermore, because your marriage was so short, you probably will not get alimony (at least not permanent alimony). You are entitled to child support if you end up with primary care of the child.
