Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I got a divorce in Jacksonville FL in Feb 2011, I was order to pay spousal support for 24 months and pay the arrearage amount. There was a temporary income deduction order that was in place prior to the divorce decree and they been taking money from my pension since Jan 2010. The divorce decree stated that my ex-wife attorney should file the new income deduction order with the court and that will supersede the temporary order that is currently in place. Her attorney have not file anything as of yet. What can I do? My employer say by law they have to continue to take money out until the new income deduction order is in place. Thanks for your time in this matter.

I would make up some sort of motion and draft the income deduction order myself, in accordance with what the judge ruled. Keep calling the attorney's office, just keep calling until it gets done.
