divorce judgment

In my divorce decree, the judge ordered my ex to pay our debt, which is in my name, and my attorney fees by April of this year; he has not done so. My lawyer has not filed contempt charges and says that I owe him the remainder of the fees for the divorce. The divorce was granted in Florida, and I now live in Georgia. What do I do now?

Since the divorce was in FL, you may need to get a FL lawyer to enforce the decree. However, I would start by having an attorney local to you to at least review the divorce papers and further advise you.
