divorce and jury trial

as a woman who has not work during marriage of 3 yers is it better to have a jury trial, husband counsel reqest non jury trial, waht is better for me?

Jury trials aren't permitted in divorce cases, so I'm not sure what you mean. Chapter 61.011 of the Florida Statutes says that divorces are in "chancery," which is an old English term meaning they can only be decided by a judge, not by a jury.
