divorce

no kids.wife diviorcing husband.house bought over 1 yr,furniture,cars and 1charge card in husband name and 1 charge card in wife name. her dental bill on husband's name.can he take cars that she doesn't want and do a quick sale to her on house to get it out of his name or do they have to do a legal settlement?

They have to do a settlement agreement or ask the judge to decide.
