I leased a vehicle with my husband in April 2007 for 36 months. The lease is not up until April 2010. My husband is a veteran on disability and back using drugs. The lease payment comes out of his check each month. I cannot pay the lease on my own. The vehicle is in both names. My condo and all the other bills are also in my name. I want to get a divorce, but he uses the vehicle as a weapon. He says he won't pay the lease and my credit will be ruined. How do I go forward with this?
