if i leave my home which is mine and my husband do i have to pay anything until we sell do i have to pay the mortgage

The mortgage must be paid or the lender will foreclose. Whoever pays would be entitled to a credit at the time of sale.

If the house is yours, and not a marital asset, then you better make the mortgage payments. That way you are sure it will not go into default. Then when the house sells you should claim and get credit for the payments you made as part of the proceends from the sale.
