Notice and service can be done constructively when someone's whereabout is not known (by publication). Then you can just proceed with the standard process.

You can contact the court about the process for obtaining a divorce when you cannot locate your husband. Otherwise, you can retain an attorney to do it for you.

Get an attorney where you reside in Florida and he/she will file and what needs to be done is attempt a diligent search to find him and then apply to the Court to publish. I am sure you've seen in newspapers the notice of publication to a spouse about the divorce.
