Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

need help with divorce

been married and separated for 7 years. we have no children or property together. cannot locate him. want divorce. what do i do? can i do it myself or do i need lawyer?

Either. Since you will have to serve him by publication in a newspaper , use counsel familiar with the issue. Good luck.
