how do i divorce
been married and separated for 7 years. we have no children or property together. cannot locate him. want divorce. what do i do? can i do it myself or do i need lawyer?

There should be a "Simplified Dissolution of Marriage" packet at the Courthouse or Law Library in the county where you live.
Problem is finding him to serve. Those offices will give you tips as to how to find him over the internet. If all else fails, you will have to publish in the newspaper.
You should be able to handle this yourself.
