I got married 2 years ago. I had sold a home and had 220k . I put that 220k into a home that my husband and I purchashed titled together last year. He put in nothing ! If I divorce , can I recoup my 220k ??

No, you can recover half of the $220k. When you put the $220k into a marital asset (the home), you turned the $220k into a marital asset. Basically, the house can be sold and you each take half of the profit.
