Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have divorce mediation, 10/22/2015. My attorney is horrible to me and I know will not represent me well. I have e-mailed him with questions and his response to me was vile. He told me not to waste his time or mine. He is not psychiatrist. Learn to deal with my problems. With the mediation so close, what do I do. I'm sure to lose with him representing me.

Immediately contact the Florida Bar and forward that email to them under the complaints - evidentialy he has used your money for other matters and wants you to fire him.
On the other side of the matter, you will need an attorney to represent you.
