how do i get a divorce when i have no money and if i leave my son with his father will i go to jail for abanament

You do not go to jail for abandonment unless you leave the child in some danger and something actually happens. You could however lose your parental rights. You should try to get the divorce pro se -- there should be a "self-help" clerk at your county court to help you, the forms are $50, plus the filing fee. You can request that the judge apportion a part of these fees to your husband and order temporary child support, etc. if you want to keep the child. Good luck.
