someone at the court house can be a notary. Banks have them easily available as well.

Your bank will notarize for free (usually). Other banks will notarize for a small fee ($5ish). Also, most FedEx/Kinkos stores have notaries on staff during regular business hours, and they will notarize for a small fee ($5ish).
