Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am in Ohio but are a resident of Florida. We have 2 homes. The one in Florida is paid for not in Ohio. I don't know if it would be best for me to get a legal sep. or divorce i only get $633.00 from ss# and he gets 2400. a month Can I get $ help from him? I need the G M insurance he has but I don';t know if Im intitled to part of his money.WE have been married 11 Years

For the kind of assets you describe, I suggest that you get a lawyer. Regardless of whether you both legally separate or divorce, you are entitled to half the marital assets.
