Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In my divorce papers I am entitled to have $500.00 a month alimony for life or until remarry.

My ex went to live to his country after he remarried and never pay my alimony.

we divorced in 2002.

I receive $ 500.00 from SS because we filed taxes together; I never work. we have 5 children. All adults now.

I don't know if he receive his SS in the US or his is send directly to his country.

He owes me a lot of money. we were married for 35 years. Can I recover the money from him by contacting the US embassy? He is a Palestinian. I am not aware if there could be any agreement between our US and the Palestinian government to enforce rights to marriages event if there is no minors children involved .

I suggest you contact an immigration divorce lawyer. Consultations are free and they would be able to help you in this matter.

You need a family law attorney not the US embassy.
