Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If my divorce papers show my ex is responsible for medical coverage for our child and there's no end date listed, can he stop coverage just because she's 19 years old now? She's a full time college student.

read your papers - the intent was to cover her only until she graduated from high school. HOwever, it would make for a good case if the medical coverage was not intended for just highschool but I don't think you will win
