Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorce

If one party in a divorce is unable to obtain an Attorney due to finances but can not receive free legal help is it possible to just go before a Judge with all your information and allow the Judge to make the decision on custody, child support etc.?

If so, how would one proceed?
