Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I do not have a divorce pending yet and my wife is trying to keep my children from me. Her reason is because she does not want my children around my girlfriend. I have a child with my girlfriend and she is not a mean person. Is this a good reason for her to keep them from me or will it come back on her later?

It may come back on your wife later, but you need to file the divorce now so that you can get (at least temporary) visitation ordered.
Any time you are exposing your minor children to a paramour there is the question of moral values. This may affect the outcome you are looking for. Florida looks to the best interest of the child and this may not be a good situation for the children. I suggest you file for divorce and Petition the court for temporary visitation rights.
