i have picked up the legal papers from the courthouse. is there anything i need to know about filling out the paperwork? we have already decided on child support of 150.00 aweekeek. we are trying to keep this as easy as poss. we don't want this to be messy. he has already signed over the house to me via quick claim deed and it has already been filed at the court house. he has moved in wiyh another woman and been gone for over 20 days

There are probably lots of things you need to know. The first is that you don't get to decide child support; it has to be done according to Florida's child support guidelines.

The second is that you probably need a lawyer.
