Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
In a divorce proceeding in the state of Florida; Debt was incurred on one parties credit card because of poor credit on the other part, but both agreed to the debt. If divorce proceedings move ahead , is the debt split 50/50 like property and monies or does the debt belong to the card holder?

You can agree to anything between the two of you. However, if you are unable to agree, most likely if the debt was shared, it will be split between the parties.
