Divorce with no property or children

I was married on June 25, 2003 and my husband left in August of 2003. I do not know his whereabouts besides his last location was Cold Springs, New York. We have no property nor children together. How would I go about getting a divorce in the fastest ad least expensive fashion?

There are self help companies that will help you file the correct papers. I charge $1,500 for an uncontested divorce.
