In my divorce i signed last month witch is not final yet the papers read my wife would pay all bills in the house including morgage,but it doese not state who lives in the house. Sha has now moved out of state and wants to rent the house out for a year. Doese she need my approval to do this. I want to move back in the house but cant get out of my apt. lease at this time without a big pentalty

Your dissolution agreement should state who gets to own the house after final judgment. It sounds like the two of you had decided to let her have the house since she is to pay all expenses on it. If she is getting the house, she will get to decide who lives there unless you include a provision in your agreement that states that you have the right to live there for a certain period of time, for instance. The dissolution agreement can state anything the two of you have decided to do.
