Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorce question

I am an American citizen and married an English lady with 4 children 2 years ago. I filed for residency for her and the children. It has turned out to be a hugh mistake as she was not the person I thought she was. She only married me for her green card, three of the children have theirs but she is waiting on hers.

Every day is a nightmare and I need it to end.

What are my responsibilities financially if I file for divorce. What issues will there be for her residency?

She refuses to work and my income is the only income for the house. She is abusive and is taking medication. The house is in her name and has some equity. My income has been the only income since we married 2 yrs ago. I am not interested in taking anything from her.
